1. Service Engagement

All services provided by RichHub, including SEO, PPC, and Web Design, are subject to a formal proposal. Engagement begins only after a signed agreement or an official "Go-Ahead" via email is received.

2. Client Obligations

To achieve the best results, clients must provide necessary access (e.g., website logins, analytics) and timely feedback. Delays in providing materials may impact project timelines and results.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices are generated at the start of each billing cycle or project milestone.
• Payments must be cleared within 7 business days of the invoice date.
• Delayed payments may result in a temporary suspension of marketing campaigns.

4. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, ownership of final deliverables (, graphics) is transferred to the client. However, RichHub retains the right to use the work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, digital marketing results (like SEO rankings) can fluctuate due to search engine algorithm changes. RichHub is not liable for loss of profits or data beyond our direct control.
